Its story
Rosemary smells of hillsides at noon, of firewood and of bread just out of the oven. It is the herb that does not hide: resinous, steady, made for roasting. On Colima sea salt the Mediterranean meets the Pacific, and a roast, a tray of potatoes or a focaccia come out the better for it.
How to use it
Made for the oven: rub it over lamb, chicken or potatoes before roasting. Also over focaccia before baking, on roast vegetables or on the rim of a lemonade.
