Lemonade with a rosemary salt rim
A homemade lemonade served in a rimmed glass, where the salty, herbal touch of rosemary balances the sweet and the sour.

Ingredients
- 200 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4 lemons)
- 80 g sugar
- 1 litre cold water
- Ice
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 2 tsp Xalte Rosemary salt
Method
- 1Stir the lemon juice with the sugar in a jug until it dissolves and add the cold water.
- 2Spread the Xalte Rosemary salt on a small plate, run a lemon wedge around the rim of each glass and press the rim into the salt.
- 3Fill the glasses with ice, pour in the lemonade taking care not to wet the rim and garnish with a lemon wedge.
