Margarita with a salt rim
The classic cocktail of tequila, orange liqueur and lime, served in a glass rimmed with Xalte Original salt.

Ingredients
- 50 ml blanco tequila
- 25 ml orange liqueur (triple sec)
- 25 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 lime wedge
- 1 handful of ice cubes
- 1 tsp Xalte Original salt
Method
- 1Spread the Xalte Original salt on a small plate, run the lime wedge around the rim of the glass and dip the rim in the salt to coat it.
- 2Shake the tequila, orange liqueur and lime juice with the ice in a cocktail shaker for 15 seconds.
- 3Strain into the glass and serve with the lime wedge.
