Michelada with a chipotle rim
Ice-cold beer with lime and sauces served in a glass rimmed with Xalte Chipotle salt, which makes the first sip smoky and spicy.

Ingredients
- 330 ml very cold lager
- 1 lime
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 drops of hot sauce
- 1 handful of ice cubes
- 1 tsp Xalte Chipotle salt
Method
- 1Spread the Xalte Chipotle salt on a small plate, run a lime wedge around the rim of a tall glass and dip the rim in the salt to coat it.
- 2Squeeze the rest of the lime into the glass and add the Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and ice.
- 3Pour in the beer slowly, stir gently once and serve.
