Pan-tossed edamame
Edamame pods boiled and tossed in sesame oil, a snack where the garlic and ginger salt clings to the outside of each pod.

Ingredients
- 400 g frozen edamame in their pods
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp Xalte Garlic & Ginger salt
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Juice of 1/2 lime
Method
- 1Boil the edamame for 4 minutes and drain well.
- 2Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan over a high heat and toss the pods for 2 minutes, until lightly coloured.
- 3Take off the heat and add the Xalte Garlic & Ginger salt, the sesame seeds and the lime juice, tossing to coat.
- 4Serve hot; eat them by pulling the beans out of the pod with your teeth.
