Smoked garlic popcorn
Popcorn made in a pan with melted butter, a quick snack in which the smoked garlic salt clings to every kernel and seasons the lot.

Ingredients
- 100 g popping corn
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) sunflower oil
- 30 g butter
- 1 tsp Xalte Smoked Garlic salt
- Half a tsp sweet paprika (optional)
Method
- 1Heat the oil in a large lidded pan over a medium-high heat with three kernels of corn; when they pop, add the rest and cover.
- 2Shake the pan now and then until there are 2-3 seconds between pops, about 3-4 minutes, then take it off the heat.
- 3Melt the butter and pour it over the popcorn in a large bowl.
- 4Sprinkle over the Xalte Smoked Garlic salt and the paprika, and toss well to coat.
